훌륭해요커플 숙박객
The stay was okay overall, mainly thanks to the free coffee, but several things were disappointing. The room was extremely tiny, the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the hairdryer didn’t work. What frustrated me most was the lack of flexibility from the staff - they wouldn’t allow check-in even 30 minutes before 3 PM. Hospitality and customer service could definitely be improved.

매우 훌륭해요 Awesome location with super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is a little run down and breakfast was a challenge with the limited seating. Despite this I would happily stay again.

Great value with very friendly staff and clean room. TV internet (eg. Netflix) did not work and hot water took 10 minutes to get going were my own 2 complaints, otherwise great place for 1-2 nights.
