The hotel is situated a few minutes from road 16 (Bari-Brindisi) in the countryside of Monopoli, 7 km from the town of Monopoli. Fasano is 5 km away, Ostuni and Cisternino 20 km, Alberobello 25 km, Polignano a Mare 15 km, Castellana Grotte is 30 km from the residence and the sea is 3 km away. Bari Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 60 km and Brindisi Airport is roughly 65 km. This ancient farmhouse from the XVI century offers 2 studios and 2 mini-apartments with the bed and breakfast formula and 2 self-catering holiday homes. This beautiful property leaves visitors breathless as soon as they are in front of it because of its massiveness, the beauty of its whitewashed walls and because of its sober architecture. Guests really feel a sense of the past, of history and a sense of magic. It has been carefully restored according to traditional techniques and materials but also to modern bio-architecture.
