The staff were very obliging, in particular, at breakfast, always a friendly smile. The manager was extremely helpful, and showed concern and helpfulness when we had to make unforseen travel changes to our onward journey. Stuart Kelly New Zealand

Great location. Quiet room. Super helpful people!

This hidden gem inside the Galleria truly stood out during my travels. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the rooms are spotless. As an avid traveler who has stayed in many hotels, I can confidently say this is one of my favorites. Teresa at the front desk offered us fantastic suggestions for exploring the area, and Caterina was the sweetest person in the breakfast area. If I return to Naples, this is undoubtedly where I’ll stay.

I had a very concerning experience during my stay. Accessing the room required using two different elevators, one of which required payment to use, which was unexpected and inconvenient. The second elevator, located in a separate adjacent building, appeared quite old. Unfortunately, I became trapped inside it when it stopped between floors and lost power. Because the elevator was located away from the main reception area, there was no immediate assistance available. I was forced to call out for help until nearby residents heard me and contacted the receptionist. The receptionist did her best to assist, but she was understandably unprepared for the situation and had to call for additional help. The experience was extremely frightening, and the condition of the elevator did not inspire confidence in its safety or reliability. As a result, I no longer felt comfortable using that elevator. The location of the room became highly inconvenient, as accessing it required either using the elevator that had malfunctioned or navigating the stairs. This significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience during the stay. I wish I can give 0 stars, they did not even want to acknowledge this incident when tried to let them know how I felt and how inconvenient and frightening this situation was.

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel in the last 15 years, and I love the location (central to everything) and the style, and you can't beat the price. The breakfast is also wonderful. This particular booking was the second of two back-to-back stays we had in this hotel. The "deluxe" room was not available for the 1st couple of days, so we stayed in the lower cost "superior" room, then moved to this "deluxe" room for our remaining 3 nights. We wish we had stayed in the "superior" room!! I'm assuming they had it as the lower cost option because it is in an annex of the building, so you have to access two sets of elavators. But this only adds a couple minutes to getting there. I think that because the rooms in the annex were done more recently, everything was better there - newer and cleaner. There was more storage in the modern closet (the "deluxe" room had no drawers at all to put away clothing), the bathroom was MUCH bigger and clean and new, the balcony was in better shape, the mattress was more comfortable, etc etc. The only thing (other than the location) of the "deluxe" room had was that the room was SLIGHTLY larger. But because there was a cumbersome 4 poster bed and old beat-up antique furniture, the USABLE space was not any more. (Oh, and for some reason, the TV lineup had CNN available, whereas the "superior" room had only Italian channels.) I highly recommend you save the money and choose a "superior" room rather than the "deluxe".

It was inconvenient to go up and down the stairs and switch floors from different sides of the building. The staff was great. Nice breakfast. Clean , large rooms. WiFi really weak

This property is in a beautiful area and very unique, however it is NOT easy to access and very much a maze to get in and out of along with your room location. Be aware if you have luggage. When car service drops you there are marble steps and a few homeless camps you have to step around. We stayed three days and two nights and only had hot water once? We could never get an answer as to why this happened? We had to leave at 3:30 in the morning to catch our flight our of Naples and a cold shower was not what we needed before our 19 hour travel back to the States.

great location and breakfast

This is one of the most unique hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff were excellent - went way above and beyond when we needed a few documents printed, etc. The breakfast was also very good. This is without a doubt the best hotel in the old town area. Built right into a shopping mall with all kinds of amenities right inside and outside the building. Would definitely recommend. Coolest old elevator ever !!!

The facility was great including location, historical building and closeness to our excursions. The staff were very helpful and friendly, most accommodating. My only complaint is the bed with 2 mattresses seemed to fall to the middle making it uncomfortable to sleep.
