We are from America and we like ice water. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to get us ice water when ever we asked. Which was every time we went out. Thank you all so much. Our room was spacious and I lo ed the patio that we sat out on with friends and had an appetizer. They had a mini fridge for some meds that we needed. We only had breakfast one day and it was phenomenal something for everyone. They had a juice made from carrots, orange and lemon in it and they had a blood orange juice that was out of this world.

The hotel was well located. The staff were great friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than we expected with little natural light.

We really enjoyed our stay at Britannia Hotel. It’s a beautiful building with a lot of character built in 1800s. Rooms are a bit small but still functioning for two adults. Breakfast buffet was nice and it is served downstairs near the reception. Location is great, walking distance to Colosseum and a lot more.

The property is old and the bathrooms show it but it wasn’t bad. Just old. It was mostly clean and the staff was kind

Es un hotel pequeño y acogedor; me encanta q es super personalizado; el desayuno estuvo espectacular (a pesar de ser un desayuno continental), sobretodo el capuchino; es una localidad cerca de una parada de bus que te permite ir a las atracciones icónicas de la ciudad

We often feel lost in a new city. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They helped us secure a private airport pickup, tickets to the Colosseum after ours fell through, free cooking tour and walking tour and restaurant recommendations. This helped us greatly and made our trip more enjoyable. We will be looking to stay at this hotel chain again often.

Location was excellent to see the sights of Rome. Room was spacious and clean and the reception staff were incredibly helpful. Didn’t take the breakfast.

Pretty good continental breakfast. Good location. All the staff were super helpful. Room was a bit small.
