Room very clean, quiet place.

The check in process was good. Got our room key and the first room we got was perfect, looked newly renovated but the A/C was not working so we had our room changed to an older room. Still decent but very different from the first. The first problem we encountered in this next room were roaches. Yup roaches. The safe was not working and we had no DND sign to use. To unlock the door, we had to scan the key multiple time to be able to unlock. We also received an instructions and information about WiFi, check in and most suspicious of all them claiming the hotel would not be held responsible for any items left out in the room.( does that mean people have easy access to the room or are the housekeepers stealing). This made me feel uneasy, while also not being able to leave any iPad out for the fear of my belongings get stolen. The worst part were the roaches.

Quality-price was great. The hotel is very comfortable and is very well located with shops and restaurants nearby. Also less than 20 minutes from the hotels area and also from the airport. There are some things to improve in the rooms but they are details.

Hicimos la reserva a traves de hoteles.com y el hotel no registro nuestra reserva nos tuvieron casi dos horas esperando a que hoteles.com nos ayudara el cual super amable y atento en todo momento y cuando el hotel se dio cuenta de l error nos dejaron hacer el check in 2 horas perdidas sin pila, la atencion pesima…

Staff was kind enough to let me know all the details of my stay. Room was clean and amenities were just right. Tough i had a bit of a trouble try to connect my streaming apps to the room’s smart tv, it was a pretty good 1 night stay.

Excellent value, perfectly located for me right next to casino. Clean, safe, well staffed. Everything worked.
