Great hotel in Kuah. We booked this hotel after a bad experience at another hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was just amazing. Nice spacious room with a view of the pool. There are plenty of shops and food places near by however it is far from the beach.

They treat very poorly. You will feel very uncomfortable with their attitude and company policy.

Expensive hotel, carpet old needs replacement, tv inside the room so small, bathroom tiles needs updating, breakfast limited to indian food and malaysian food, if you are not use to that taste you just survived with egg and rice, overall stay was jus expensive to pay almost 200 dollars. night.

The hotel is very dated and not at all like the pictures indicate. The room and bathroom was clean but because the fittings were so old everything looked dirty. The bath tub was yellow. Whilst this isn't a problem in itself the shower curtain was so old it was all yellow and had patches of black mould and the towels were so old it was all frayed. I cannot understand how they can operate under such standards and claim they are a 4* hotel. The only good thing about the stay was the spa which was offered by a different provider. I would not recommend a stay here.

Had a great stay at Bayview Hotel Langkawi. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they kindly arranged early check-in for us upon request. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
