Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several disappointing experiences. The hotel itself was clean, and the rooms were well maintained, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the staff were not very friendly or helpful throughout our stay. One night, we were unable to sleep because there was a loud fight on our floor that continued for quite some time, and it significantly affected our experience. We also wanted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, but we were turned away because they said they close at 10:00 PM, even though we arrived close to that time. While the cleanliness of the hotel was a positive, the lack of hospitality and the disturbance during the night made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

My wife, our two kids, and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and our room was spacious, bright, and well-ventilated. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff who looked after Room 404. The room was cleaned to an exceptional standard throughout our stay, and their attention to detail made a real difference. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to families.

Good location , but not enough service

The hotel was conveniently located in the center of the town nearest to the Ephesus Ancient City (both front and rear entrances). It also is well located near the convenient stores and eating places. The hotel are excellent and very helpful. Highly recommended!

The breakfast wasn’t that good. Especially after paying extra for it. It should at least include omlette or menemen.

Saat 23:00 civarında otele vardım, personel beni iyi karşıladı ve ertesi gün saat 13:00'te çıkış yapmayı anlaşıldı. Ancak ertesi gün, başka bir personel, saat 13:00'te çıkış yapmayı anlaşılanını söylediğimde reddetti. Saat 12:00'de çıkış yapmam konusunda ısrar etti. Toplamda bu otelde 13 saat geçirdim ve bu süreye (ve ödediğim paraya) değmedi. Sadece görevli karşılar personel sayesinde 3 yıldız veriyorum, yoksa 2 yıldız verirdim.
