Great room, pool, staff, & location! Would definitely stay here again

This place was dirty, not maintain, staff was not very kind. For the price it’s not worth it

The hotel is well located and has reasonable facilities. There are some better accommodations and others that are not so good. Be careful not to book a room that is only cleaned every 4 days. I had never seen this before. There is no mini-fridge in the rooms, and, in addition, the water in all the showers and taps is salty.

Severely dated, barely any hot water, water was salty and every faucet was decaying to wobbling on the pipes?? Do not lean on any railing as they are extremely rotten. The staff seem to try hard for what they have to work with. Our room was across the street in another totally resort. Hot tub pool was falling apart, cold and no jets. Same with hot tub at main pool. The pool did get sun for 4-5 hours at high time. This place needs a severe renovation to jump up to a three star

More like a hostel with a nicer outdoor pool area and courtyard. Room was clean but no soap, shampoo, bar fridge, face cloth and the safe was unusable as the lock was missing. Not sure if you had purchase or not as it wasn't mentioned at check-in.

The rooms are nice and clean, i always get the same room and I love the balcony. Added bonus this year was soaps and bottled water
