훌륭해요 Great location! Bar has a very nice patio area. Lovely dinner restaurant attached. It would be good to be able to use that patio without having to order drinks sometimes. Hot tub was out for maintenance. Amenitis are good except the soap, shampoo etc are installed on the walls and requires a lot of strength to squeeze shampoo etc out. I really disliked that. How about reverting to a pump type access.

매우 훌륭해요 Very nice hotel. Great service however bar and restaurant were not open during lunch time hours and it happened to be raining when we were there. We would have preferred to have eaten lunch on site. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and we will stay here again.

매우 훌륭해요 Everything was good except the pool and sauna were out of service, and this was a key reason for booking this property. Staff handled the complaint well though and offered some compensation but it would have been good to have been informed ahead of checking in so that we could have considered alternative properties. All in all, it's a great hotel, nice location and very clean and welcoming.
