Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Access to this property requires travel by ferry and seaplane. Guests depart from their chosen location in Singapore at 7 AM for a 30-minute car transfer to Tanah Merah terminal for a 30-minute ferry to Batam at 8:15 AM. Following customs and airport transfer, guests depart via seaplane at 9:30 AM for an 80-minute flight to the property. Departures are scheduled at 1 PM to arrive by 4:40 PM in Singapore. Guests are advised to book departing flights from Singapore after 8:30 PM.
