Staff were great. The room was great. The shower kept dripping. Told the staff on checkout hopefully that will be fixed. Really close to everything.

Staff were friendly & helpful- but basically run on skeleton staff . Walking distance to areas in Cable beach & bus. Spacious rooms, but dark inside- garden maintenance would help lighten balcony's. Furnishings very worn & tired looking. Needs a good revamp & update for price paid - 20yrs backward Pool area large - disappointing no access to basic coffee or drinks/ bar for relaxation time - certainly would improve the ambience. Attracts families & kids due to self sufficiency.

The reception staff were lovely and very welcoming. Apartment was clean and tidy and laundry was a much needed and much appreciated part of the apartment.

All was good. Great place to stay. Will stay there again

Rooms were spacious, clean, well maintained although a little dated, tv entrainment good, beds and lounges comfortable.

Awesome all round

Staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived 4 hours before our check in time and asked to leave are bags at reception but were advised that our room was available and we were allowed to check in early which was brilliant. The complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. We would definitely stay there again.
