It's an excellent hotel, but be prepared for extra costs: 75/day on-site self parking (valet parking is 100/day), expensive restaurants ($16 long Island Ice tea), and a way over-priced convenience store ($10 ice cream, $5 chocolate bar, $5 for a small roll of Rolaids). This is on top of the nickel and diming endemic through out the city, so bring your checkbook!

will definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. walking distant to many attractions and restaurants.

Staff were at the elevators and were very helpful and gave great recommendations. Valet staff was also really welcoming and helpful.

Unfortunately the customer service was so poor the amenities for the sleeper they charge 3$ each which should be free for this hotel at this cost and they charge for water and surprise me!

The fall view is lovely. However, the service at reception was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel—surprising, given this is meant to be a 4-5 star property. The staff at reception were cold, rude, and frankly unbecoming of a high-end hotel; even a motel would have been friendlier, I suspect. Thanks to that, I will be avoiding Hyatt hotels for any future stays, anywhere in the world.

Room and view were gorgeous but our room was out of tissue paper, and body wash as soon as we got there. The next day the shampoo and conditioner ran out. The pool area was visibly dirty, one of the jacuzzi was broken and one of the ladders was broken. Expected more for the price. Wished there was complimentary coffee too.
