Everything was ok except their WIFI… It does not work on th 5th floor where I stayed and it definitely needs to be fixed. And they do not answer to your messages through Expedia which also need to be fixed if they wanna be called ‘Hotel’. Though it was clean and good place to stay a night.

Location near Metro Station Brouckère was very good. Room was very small. Bed up against wall no space to get to inside of bed. Shower was good.

Excellent

The room was tiny and too hot. The bed was comfortable but could only get out on one side. The bath was handy. No kettle in room and nothing around the hotel. Bar is a few drinks behind reception. Ok for one night but wouldn't stay longer. Said I needed to pay city tax on leaving but had already paid on arrival.

No problem with the Internet.

Close to city centre, but not so close where it's busy and noisy. Clean room.

Staff was very helpful upon arrival. Very polite and welcoming. Rooms were very clean, I just wish I had an iron in the room.

Worked out great for my stay. Easily accessible to the main train station and explore town. My room was just fine. Not big but had everything I needed and I barely spent any time in it anyways because only in town for one night. I’d recommend it for any solo traveler staying a night or two.

Lovely little hotel, very central opposite the National Theatre and the area felt safe. It was about a 20 minute walk to Central train station. Staff were very friendly. We opted to have breakfast each day and although it was quite basic (cereals, scrambled egg & bacon, breads & waffles/pastries etc.), it was tasty and freshly prepared. Rooms were small but fine for what we needed, if a little warm (no sign of air conditioning), & a kettle would have been nice (but drinks were available in reception). Would definitely stay again.

Everything. The breakfast was lovely, staff were helpful and pleasant and the room was great.
