Hotel charges a $50-$100 card hold which is absolutely absurd because to test a card you only need to do a zero dollar transaction. The money is also held for a full 31 days, which means that you do not have access to those funds. Stuff at check-in was entirely dismissive. Room was also not made up and the only excuse given was an apology that it was missed, which is entirely unacceptable. Hotel is in an alley and there are many homeless people at night and given that the rooms are not soundproof, all the noise comes in. Not a safe location at night especially in Melbourne CBD.

만족해요 Excellent staff , young tall thin man who served me on the desk was excellent . Very central for CBD . Disappointed that there was no bar or no info in room about WiFi etc .
