Super cute hotel! Conveniently located and in the middle of the neighborhood of bookstores. Loved the book selection in our room. They had very many good books we could borrow in the lobby, too. The staff were nice and helpful.

Close to transport and great shops. There was an excellent Cafe called Kohikan Sendaimae Honten, their service was amazing, and the food was excellent, I would recommend the pancakes and curry.

Hidden gem, as it's a small boutique hotel, but a lot going for it: huge rooms by Tokyo standard, perfect location with subway station right next to it, quiet (my room was facing a wall, but absolutely not an issue, on the contrary there was no road noise and I could even open the window to air the room (a rarity in Tokyo) The only downside is the cleaning wasn't up to the big hotel standard like APA, Sotetsu, but totally fine. Each room has a different then and layout so the experience might vary. Will definitely book again, if only for the space.

Everything was clean, we were provided with everything we needed, the room was quiet and comfy. The staff were sweet and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Amazing location close to dozens of bookstores, restaurants, shopping, and transit.

This was my second stay at this hotel! I first visited two years ago. I love the location, the rooms, and the staff. I used Google Translate to learn about the AC remote and found it very effective.

Location was great, very close to the train station. Room was small but sufficient. Worked out well for us.

Perfect location for our stay. Very close to the train station.

Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Hotel in conveniently located next to Jimbocho station. Location has many great restaurants nearby as well as great book stores. Area has a good focus on cultural arts.

Decent room. Good location and services.
