We absolutely loved our stay. The location is superb and the staff were incredibly helpful. Highly recommend

Very nice rooms and breakfast and amazing location

The hotel was everything I imagined. Anna at the front desk was amazing as was as all the staff but Anna went above and beyond to assist us! My son’s girlfriend lost her iPhone and she was very helpful in guiding us when we found it thru find a phone She made excellent recommendations for dinner as well. Location was fabulous as well! Would definitely stay again when back in Florence

Excellent stay. Wonderful breakfast! Very helpful front desk and staff. So close to all the major attractions.

Wonderful location steps from the Ponte Vecchio. Many fine shops food options. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Great location. Excellent staff. Highly recommended

Lovely room in a historic building, very clean, yet modern amenities, gorgeous bathroom and heated towel rack.. only complain is the shower leaked out of the side and flooded the bathroom floor. Rooftop bar overlooking the arno was a highlight, as well as the breakfast. One of the best included hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Perfect location as well. Loved it overall and would definitely return.

Incredible room, staff, rooftop and breakfast.

Overall very good experience. Breakfast was good but coffee would have been better.

Fabulous hotel with friendly and helpful staff - very kind and helped to make dinner recommendations and reservations. Beautiful rooms - very unique and well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Great location - walkable to everything. Excellent rooftop bar with amazing views. Highly recommend!!!
