훌륭해요지인 동반 숙박객 · 친구/가족 여행
I truly felt very comfortable at the Clarion Htel, not only because of its spacious facilities but also because of its excellent customer service. They offer an outstanding breakfast, which I thoroughly enjoyed, and the hotel’s location is perfect for sightseeing and getting around the city with ease. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

A really good location, next to the metro station. The room was comfortable enough, although the mattress on the bed was well worn. Sparse provision of tea /coffee in room. No English Breakfast tea available in the hotel at the time of staying.
The breakfast was plentiful and good, but the restaurant resembles a very busy ikea setting and is frenetic at times. The waitresses in the restaurant are delightful, but we did not like the supervisor insisting on setting up neighbouring tables for dinner half an hour before breakfast was due to finish.

There appeared to be no AC in the room, so it was super hot. They did let us check in early for an extra 30 euro, so that was nice. The staff was super. The breakfast was huge and literally had something for everyone, even gluten free baked goods. The disappointment was trying to get into the spa. It was booked months and months in advance. We ended up booking another spa at another hotel across town (which was excellent!!). The room was run down as well.

Room was lacking air flow. Even though the front desk got a table top fan to help a bit with air circulation, they never corrected the problem/sent a technician to look into it.
