매우 훌륭해요 We had a room with a hot tub that did not work on the first night and we needed to get maintenance to have it work for the second night because of a breaker issue. Loved the hotel because it was on the outer edge of Florence’s main area and was quiet at night with the windows open. Was still well within walking distance of David and Uffizi Gallery. Staff was so helpful and breakfast was exactly what we needed.

This hotel is perfect and just as advertised. A family of 4 slept well in the quatro room. Staff was extremely helpful and breakfast was fantastic. Quieter neighborhood nit far from the city center.

Updated and well-maintained hotel, room, furniture, and fixtures. Patio and balconies a bonus. Breakfast was average. Adding laundry service and 24-hour guest services would be great. Overall a pleasant stay.
