The hotel is huge and free parking, the front desk staff is super friendly, the room is clean; they have a lounge with free drink, wine and snacks; they also have a coffee corner that you can make coffee by yourself; they have an outdoor pool and a church but due to the weather they didn't open, but the view are gorgeous

Friendly staff, efficient service, nice hot spring, great breakfast- although the hotel isn’t very new, is a little aging, we still enjoy our stay and it is really value for money.

I missed my flight due to visa issues and this hotel did not issue a refund. I also heard from my friend who end up going and staying there that the breakfast was horrible and the pictures did not look like the real thing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. As a matter of fact my friend ended up switching hotels because the stay here was not good

When we walked in the hotel it was welcoming and the staff was very helpful. We were offered a breakfast and dinner all you can eat option. The dinner was a delicious surprise. The hotel has onsen and they are included with your stay but it was very busy and had many children. We stayed the weekend. The rooms are a bit outdated and the beds are Japanese style. It’s about 40 min away from Fukuoka. There is golfing and surfing near by.
