만족해요 Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the amenities were good.
The room itself was clean, which we appreciated, but it was definitely showing its age. There were quite a few scratches and marks on the walls, and the bathtub was quite worn and could really use a refurbishment.
The only other downside was that there was no complimentary bottled water in the room, and purchasing water at the hotel was quite expensive.
Overall, despite the room needing some cosmetic updates, we enjoyed our stay and found the service and amenities to be good.

훌륭해요 We were able to check in to the hotel at 2am which was very helpful as our flight was delayed in arriving. The staff were extremely helpful but had to get an engineer out to turn off the air conditioning as it was so cold in the room. Could have done with a coffee shop on site as the restaurant only did full lunch meals. Very convenient for the airport and the shuttle bus was super useful.

Very quiet, comfortable room. Had a good rest before an early morning flight. Dinner in the Mosaic was good and the staff (Frey and waiter) were excellent, fast and friendly.
Definitely my go to hotel for early morning or late arrival flights
