The room was 80 degrees. It was 75 when we checked in, we turned on the AC and left for the evening. We came back and the room was 79 degrees, the entire 9th floor was in the 80s. It was 70 degrees outside but the windows do not open. Great location, clean room, but we had a hard time sleeping in the heat.

The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and quiet. Just be prepared for the following: the property hasn't been updated in at least 30 years. No amenities including cable or WiFi. No supplies available onsite. Bring your own water, snacks and everything else.

This hotel is just OK. It's best feature is it's location. Decor is pretty dated but the rooms are a decent size.

Toilet seat was stained and should have been replaced. Ugly grout around tub. Bath tub was slippery during shower. Air conditioner was not effective.

There was a smell in the hallway. Housekeeping never came in. I was there for three days. I nearly ran out of conditioner. Maybe you were supposed to request housekeeping, but I thought it was standard.

The hotel served our needs well, being in the right location and the staff was all very kind. It was just a little bit more run down than we expected. The AC didn't work very well, lights were burned out, there was no blow dryer in the room.

STAY AWAY. not a four star hotel. no AC, dingy, nasty facility.

Our room had an odor, several linens had stains, we had to pay to park in a parking garage we could barely find because the staff gave terrible instructions, the air conditioning wasn’t working, the tv was on a kids channel and there was no remote to change if, the tv buttons didn’t work, past guest items were in the freezer and staff knocked on our door at 8 am, waking us up, to see if we were still there so housekeeping could clean our room. I will not go back.

The ac in the room wasn’t working so the room was hot. But they did give us a fan to cool off the room.

Stayed in 1718. When I arrived thermostat was set on 65. Room temperature was 75. When we left the next day the room temperature was still 75. Very uncomfortable sleeping. Half the outlets in the room did not work. Will not stay here again.
