The staff was overly friendly and helpful.

The front desk Agent Layla did a wonderful job upgrading my room complimentary to the 12th floor with a balcony for my woman’s birthday and she was very pleased, although she did request for food and beverage to place a complimentary bottle of champagne however their system was down so we did not receive that but I did make a point to give her my gratitude when I saw her in the morning and I thanked her for her wonderful customer service and for going above and beyond to help me make my woman’s birthday special.

Great property and staff was excellent, rooms were clean shower was great. I like hot showers with high pressure a win for me. Only draw back was the in house dining restaurant very little options outside of breakfast.

The stare was great and helpful. The front desk staff especially the lady who checked us in and a gentleman named Lucas. The room was a little smaller than I expected and a little dated, but it was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was clean and nice. The price was very very reasonable for such a nice hotel. Plus they gave us 2 complementary old town trolley tickets and some food credit. The lobby is beautiful and the restaurant their avenue grill has great food we had the mussels and the kids had several items from the kids’ menu that they loved. All in all… great hotel and staff with a very good location. Close to the national mall, museums and 2 blocks away from the Whitehorse.

Parking at the Ronald Reagan parking garage across the street was 1/3 of the hotel parking cost

The staff went to extremes to make sure we felt safe and appreciated. Safe was due to some other guests who caused a disturbance. This is a very large hotel, yet they front desk remembered me and were very gracious. the dame for the dining room staff. Great location , put on your walking shoes and see DC
