This property is in a good location for accessing the city - but that’s where the good things about this property ends. The property is deceptively appealing - it looks nice from the outside and inside the hallway, but the apartments themselves leave much to be desired. First, the floors are filthy. I had to wash my feet off every night. Second, the bed and the pillow are like sleeping on rocks. A “duplex” with a sofa bed that is not fit for human sleeping… third, the shower is tiny, can barely turn around. The overall cleanliness is lacking in all areas. Fourth, the walls are so thin you can hear the apartment next door talking at all hours. Totally interrupts sleep and makes “enjoying” the basic need of sleep impossible. Lastly, the people who run this apartment are not eager to help you at all. Their reception hours are extremely limited and they do not assist with booking cabs etc. made my trip more stressful than it already was under the circumstances (family member in hospital). Overall, would not recommend this property. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Check in was fine. The apartment was clean and large but very sparsely furnished with the cheapest furniture possible and the shower was tiny and poorly maintained and leaked all over the bathroom floor every time you used it. Also the Wi-Fi signal was poor. The apartment had 2 floors and the Wi-Fi only worked on half of the main floor where there’s only a very small desk and 1 chair. It didn’t work at the bed or at the couch or kitchen that was upstairs.

I had to leave at A.M. and there was no way to do a check out to speak to anyone. Text like CALL and one would give me the combination to the lockbox to leave the key.

Hotel well located in Manresa, the AC doesn't work well.

It was a nice place but I would highly recommend they equip the apartment with all the necessities. One wine glass, one coffee cup and no soap to name a a few. The reception staff were wonderful.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped—perfect for a comfortable stay. It's in a great location within walking distance to a beautiful bridge, a historic church, a lively square, and a nearby grocery store, which made it very convenient. My only concern was that the hotel was a bit difficult to find. Our GPS led us through very narrow streets, which made arrival a bit stressful. I would recommend that the hotel provide clear directions in advance, especially for locating the property and the parking garage. This would make the check-in experience much smoother for future guests.

A spacious place with good amenities, although I only did 2 nights, could have done several more days and easily provided for myself.

Great place to stay, and Barcelona is an easy train ride.
