Staff was great and very close to transportation!

Nice hotel . Great location !

Staff could be trained a bit more on general tourist information in the city. Improve with their English considering they are in front of the public.

Quiet, clean, nice staff

Room was quite large, it didn't have aircon but a large fan was provided. Hotel location was great, right by the station and within walking distance to the old town. There wasn't a bar in the hotel but everything in the mini fridge in the room was 2 Euros.

My room was booked at 9 pm local time when I arrived at the airport with check in instructions that explicitely stated checkin needed to occur by midnight. When I arrived at the hotel I was told by the hotelier that because i had not arrived by 6 pm (the room was booked at 9 pm) that he gave my room away and therefore the only way to have a room was to pay an extra 30 euros for it. Regardless of my protest I was presented a take it or leave it ultimatum. Further to this the bar/restaurant was closed when the booking and the litterature in the room stated it was to be open. The morning of check out I asked for a late check out because of when my flight left, I was promptly told no, they needed to clean the room at check out time. This property does not honor its agreements nor respects its guests. Avoid if possible.

Hotel was very clean and the staff kind and helpful. The rooms are pretty dated from a decor standpoint but fresh and clean… in other words the old decor looked new if that makes sense. Not all rooms have air conditioning and to our surprise our room didn’t have A/C and it was very hot weather in Munich during our stay. Fortunately the room had a nice floor fan so I made it through our three night stay. Totally my fault for not seeing the fine print so check to ensure your room class has A/C if that’s important to you. The best thing about the hotel is it’s location just steps away from the central train station.

This is a very good hotel conveniently located near the train station, U bahn, S bahn, and taxi service stands. It is walking distance to can’t miss tourist spots like the Marienplatz and the Hofbrauhaus. The room is a good size and is very clean. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Make sure to avail of the breakfast option. It is well worth it and definitely will kickstart your day.

The hotel has spacious rooms including a spacious bathroom. The property is central to transport -station and bus services and major shopping areas.

We didn't know what to expect but the staff made everything easy. Extra pillows and help with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice and cheerful. Breakfast food was excellent.
