Clean room and location to center

Excellent big rooms near city center

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was within short distance to anywhere we wanted to go but was also very quiet. Room was spacious and clean. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for five nights on a city break. Location is excellent very close to the two main squares in Bruges. Very spacious and clean bedroom and bathroom. We had the breakfast every morning and found it excellent with plenty of choices. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Bruges. .

Great location but was dissatisfied to see that scaffolding blocked our view the entire stay…would have liked to have been warned about that

Great location and charming hotel!

Very helpful staff with directions and recommendations. Superior Family Room was great for a family of four with the 2nd bed splitting into 2. Central location made it easy to walk everywhere.

Very nice lobby and public area but the room had a weird layout that created a cramped space. Little room to open up suitcases where they wouldn’t be stepped on in the night. Room was noisy due to foot traffic on walkway outside window. A loud group woke us up at 10 PM & another group again at 2 AM. And then later in the night the room TV, that we had not touched, went on by itself. At half the price paid the cost would have still been too high for the room.

Friendly staff, room was spacious and clean. A good selection at breakfast.
