At the air conditioning in the room until same time to fix it

Excellent stay, clean rooms with great view.

Was a nice central location for our trip and the room was big the pool facilities were nice

I come to this hotel lot. I’ve been coming there since 2016 with my daughter Janice your word my name is Vivian Jones so I may reservation this time and my name so when we arrive the front office clerk he was terrible. I asked him what did I have a nice room he was like nonchalant, also when we got in our room, my air wasn’t working so I called downstairs and they said it was gonna send somebody up. I wait an hour and 45 minutes. No one still came up so we left out for brunch. Also, the pool wasn’t open and the inside of the hotel on the seventh floor. They stated that it closed and the previous stays that I stay there we always have access to the pool on the seventh floor. So the air went out again waited again before someone came up. It was my birthday weekend so everything was there was terrible. I wouldn’t come back. I guess I try to fountain blue, but you guys have really for fall off.

I’ve been coming to this property for a very, very long time. I always booked through Expedia, which was a big mistake. There was a glitching system and four rooms were booked, and I only needed two. I canceled two immediately within 24 hours, but when I got to the hotel, the four rooms were still booked. So I paid $1800 for two rooms that sat there empty for three nights. Grand Beach Hotel could care less and said it’s not their problem and charged me for two empty rooms. Completely felt taken by this hotel.

Overall the Hotel was clean and the Staff was helpful. Make sure not to book on a Holiday you will not be able to bring guest the reservation is for the allotted people on pre registration. The breakfast was good but expensive for my taste and nothing outstanding.

The hotel is very nice , clean and comfortable very well located in mid beach.however the main restaurant was closed to the guests because it was being used only by the FIFA team that was at the hotel. There was always a long wait for our meals in the temporary restaurant that the hotel had available for the guests that was really frustrating. There was also a lot of security in the hotel .We never received any information about hotel limitations during our stay prior to check in. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known prior.

Very good place to stay

I loved everything about this resort other than our air kept going out in our room EVERYDAY!
