I called the hotel to confirm the amenities in the gym because that was important to me, and they said they had machines including an elliptical. When I got here the gym was so terrible- it smelled bad and had only one working machine- a treadmill. There were no towels, the hand sanitizer was empty, and there was so water. I was supposed to get breakfast included but the breakfast was so bad and the bill did not reflect my credit. The room was dark and depressing. Would not go here again. It was so expensive for such a poor experience. The staff were nice, it was not their fault the hotel was so bad.

Great location and a clean room. Missing tv remote, no soap in the shower, the phone wasn’t working, and we couldn’t get the temp below 74 in the room. The AC unit isn’t strong enough to keep up with the heat. Other than that, the stay was good. Very helpful friendly staff.

Great location and staff

The location was amazing, it was super easy to walk over to TD garden for a concert (why we were there). There’s a parking garage a few blocks over, which was also really nice & easy. Check in was easy too, but the room was not ideal. We booked 2 doubles for 2 adults & 2 teens. The beds were small, smaller than a full, but we fit. The room was outdated, needed maintenance. Sliding bathroom door wouldn’t shut (thankfully there was another door before the bathroom that did). The beds were not comfortable (sofa bed quality), the pillows were very soft, and the thermostat didn’t read a temperature, so it was hard to adjust the room temp. It was quiet & we felt safe, but we did not sleep well.

The location is the best feature. Across the street from Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. Very central to the sites of Boston. Downs- little to no amenities and only one elevator working making for long waits with no stair access.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location! Stayed here several years back, but since then the hotel/property has gone downhill! It is in major need of renovation! The rooms are dark and gloomy, and have not seen an update in decades. Found out when we got there that there is no mini fridge, just a dusty empty hole in the cupboard where it was kept. Apparently, they charge you $20 a day for a mini fridge, but after we complained, the front desk clerk sent up a fridge free of charge. The people at the front desk were not friendly, and just seemed annoyed when you asked questions or had issues! Had to ask daily for coffee, I wanted decaf and they were out of decaf for several days. The coffee maker and my room was outdated and old, and I know some rooms had Keurig’s.. For a hotel that is utterly nonsense.! The hotel entrance/roundabout was filled with litter and cigarette butts, and nobody was ever seen sweeping or cleaning it. Did not make for a very good impression upon entering the hotel!

Great location with many sights within walking distance. Staff was very helpful and loved I was able to valet for parking.
