A beautiful and elegant hotel with lovely room and sophisticated lighting fixtures that feel luxurious. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, offering a wide range of options-a definite must. i highly recommend it, as it's comfortable in every way.There's a shop nearby, vietnamese restaurant across the street which is really affordable, and the tram is just a 2-minute walk away.

Staffs are acting like they don’t see you when waiting to check in and out….but the staff at the restaurant/bar are really good! Cleaners are also really good but the room is missing some updates like USB slots and more AC!

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was fantastic!

Everything was great! Breakfast is incredible! Great location in front of the tram and metro stations that take you directly to the city in less than 15 mins.

Very comfortable room, friendly staff with easy check-in process. Excellent access to public transportation & the breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever experienced.
