It was a comfortable room, the staff were helpful and the pool was excellent.

In the matter of cleanliness it is worst based on the standards really poor

Extraordinary staff and food! The room was ok and the location was ok. Everyone did the best they could to help. The construction is older and needs a little work. The pool is beautiful and the restaurant is fabulous.

Poor room service, shortage of hand towels , no water bottles , coffee. Response time for any service is Haifa hour after calling 2to 3 times regularly . Spoiling the name of Marriott in particular looking to which hotel was booked. Never ever stay in this hotel. Mosquitos in the room, water in the bathroom does not drain properly. Overall worst hotel to stay with Marriott name.

Amazing hospitality and employees are bery friendly

The rooms are in a very poor and outdated condition — visible mould in the bathroom, mosquitoes inside the room, and overall neglect that is unacceptable for a Marriott Bonvoy–branded property. When we raised concerns on the first day, the staff assured us the issues would be fixed, but nothing was addressed until we had to follow up again ourselves. While the staff we interacted with later were polite and tried to be helpful, it does not compensate for the appalling condition of the rooms, which completely ruined the experience and left a very bad impression. The restaurant was equally disappointing. The pricing is aligned with Marriott Bonvoy standards, but the food quality was far below expectations — so much so that we genuinely regretted choosing to have lunch there. This property does not live up to the Marriott name, and I would strongly advise potential guests to reconsider unless significant improvements are made.
