비교적 조용하고 욕탕도 좋아서 잘 쉬다가 왔어요

The property was gorgeous and the amount of bath options was amazing, many complimentary amenities included, and the spa was perfect as well.

온천탕도 다양하고 식사도 훌륭해요 위치도 유바타케까지 도보 15분 거리에요

予定より早く到着したにも関わらず駐車場も停めさせて頂きスタッフの対応が素晴らしい。ただ部屋からの景色が見れず暗くて残念でした。

Beautiful facility, the front desk speak good English, 16mins walk to the main town center, Yubatake. The food was excellent! Many different onsen to use at the facility, some are private. The bed was a little firm for me, otherwise everything was perfect!

This was by far my greatest stay so far in japan. Amazing food, amazing building, amazing onsen! But westerners be wary, you will need to sacrifice some of your typical understanding of amenitys, theres no showers in the rooms, and very little english is spoken in this whole town. That being said i cant rate it less than 5 stars! If you come to this hotel, be prepared to eat (amazing) foods you never thought youd try, and immerse youself in the japanese culture. If you do not want to immerse yourself, this may not be the place for you.

Clean and beautiful

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent experience. Great food.

Hotel is a traditional Japanese Ryokan and the setting is very relaxing. The best feature to us is the free private bath, to some who are shy to use the public bath, this is a very nice feature to enjoy the hot spring without stress. Hotel also offers a shuttle bus from Kaurizawa station directly to the hotel , which is a very convenient option for those who travel by train.
