Excellent location. Every staff member we were in contact with was so helpful

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. No water fountain and I don't like bathroom so k water so we ended up spending $$$$ on bottled water. Aside from that, would stay again.

Hotel was great...a+ service all the way.

The location of the hotel was ideal. Not too far of a walk from Broadway and very manageable! Had no issues checking into the hotel super late one night but the next morning we noticed our room was not clean cleaned. Mention this via text with the automated system, and the issues were only partially fixed. Beware of the faulty smoke detectors. Was hit with a $350 charge and no way to prove that we didn’t smoke in the room now that we are back home. They solely trust the sensors and don’t come up to check/back up the allegation. Super disappointed in the Holiday Inn express for blindly believing this.

The location is very nice. There is a problem with parking. I was not informed that I had to pay $60 for parking. The mattresses in the beds are very bad and uncomfortable to sleep in.

Worked out well

Bien situé sur Broadway, bon petit déjeuner inclus, petit bar avec chanteur live. Belle petite piscine avec serviette . Stationnement dispendieux. Pas de restaurant à l'hôtel.

Nice hotel and walkable to Broadway Street, good breakfast and nice outdoor pool area.

Had a great stay, would definitely stay here again.
