The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and welcoming. The bartenders were also very friendly and made some amazing drinks! The location was great…just a few minutes to the Rialto bridge and lots of restaurants/shops within a minute of walking out the door. Our biggest complaint was noise—the building is older (although very nicely renovated) so the walls are very thin so you can hear everything which didn’t make for good sleep. But truly otherwise, beautiful hotel, great location and amazing staff!

The air conditioning was blowing directly to one of the bed and cannot be redirected to different angles.

Right on the Grand Canal this hotel was fantastic.
The rooms were very well presented and had all amenities required for a comfortable stay.
The staff were always available to assist with any questions or requests.
We booked a canal view and it was worth it, all life in Venice went past our window.
Highly recommend

The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped book transportation and gave advice as to where to eat. They also had a very good breakfast buffet and were attentive to get us coffee.
