A perfect stay. Great location rooms and staff!

A Hidden Gem for a First Trip to Thailand This was my first time in Thailand, and this hotel turned out to be an absolute gem. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even smoother. The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—exactly what you want after a day out exploring. The location is fantastic. It’s just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Patong, so you get the best of both worlds—easy access to the action, but with a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere. There are also plenty of little cafes, restaurants, fruit bars, and massage spots just a few minutes away, which was really convenient. The pool area was another highlight. It was always quiet, clean, and pleasantly warm. I never had any trouble finding a sun lounger, which made it perfect for unwinding. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for first-time visitors to Thailand.

Pool gets busy. Food is good as is breakfast. I would stay again.

Only 10 mins walk from Bangla Street Market and Patong Beach. Very quiet hotel and well maintained.

From the front reception desk to the room cleaning maids, to the kitchen and dining room staff, to the forecourt attendants, to the onsite tourism event booking agency, to the swimming poolside bar, the service was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Nipa Resort is situated within easy walking distance of many shops, amenities, and tourist attractions and is well serviced by various transportation options. We found the staff to be unobtrusive but always a nearby presence to provide service and support.

The room was very spacious & lovely. Plenty of space for things. Very close to Patong hospital & ambulance noise.
