This is a fabulous hotel, very modern and clean with extremely polite, friendly and professional staff. The hotel is central, approximately 5 stops on the metro from the centre. It is also a 10 minutes (or less) walk from a nice river spot with lots of bars and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend and will hopefully return myself again. Cannot rate this stay highly enough. 10/10.

We stayed in Vienna for 3 days as part of our Europe trip. The NH Hotel is one of our great experiences during the trip. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was extremely spacious and with all the amenities. The parking was very convenient and the bar is very well welcoming. Our family whom we invited loved the ambience.

만족해요 No string AC and no automatic cleaning of the room. We had to ask for. But, I guess during the hottest day in a century this was the way to save energy!

Staff helpful. No cleaning services everyday which surprised me. Washrooms need updating as tubs are in combined could see some dark spots

Great hotel. Stayed there a couple times now while visiting Vienna and will definitely stay there again. Close to grocery store, close to public transportation and really convenient. Hotel is super clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast is a bit pricey so best I suggest is paying for package that includes breakfast, but overall breakfast is amazing even offers gluten free items. Hotel has air conditioning even though it was not working that well but it was fine. Overall always a great experience
