We had an okay stay. We were only staying for 1 night but we did have some issues. We had booked a room with 2 queen beds but on arrival, the room had 1 queen bed and 1 foldaway bed which was not fit for use for an adult. I mentioned to staff on the desk and they could not give me a definitive reason as to why that happened and also said the hotel is now fully booked so can't change rooms. At the time, staff could only offer drinks vouchers to day sorry but myself and my friend do not drink so it wasn't good enough. Luckily, the staff in the evening managed to change our room to the right one with 2 queen beds and we had a comfortable stay.
The first room also didn't have a phone, the water didn't go down properly in the bath tub and the bathroom definitely needed some work. There was also no full length mirror to get ready properly.
The second room was much better once we changed and it did have a phone but it didn't work so when I needed a few bits I had to call the main hotel number who then diverted us to main reception.
The breakfast in my opinion was very average. The scrambled eggs had a funny smell however so I didn't end up eating this.
Overall, the hotel is ok for a very short stay but if staying for longer, there is lots of room for improvement and staff could definitely be more helpful and enthusiastic.

Our stay was good the room was clean and the staff were nice. There was only 1 elevator working so sometimes it got cramped in there. The room was not soundproof/noise resistant so we could hear a lot of talking and doors banging, but either wise it was a nice area to stay in.
