Staff was great in accommodating my request to stay an extra night. AC was great, heat was great, fridge and TV also great. I did not use internet, (I did not intend to) was a nice pleasant escape. Most things I was interested in were within walking distance. Pool was clean and deep, most places don't have deep pools anymore. SPECIAL call out to the guy who checked me in, I did not get his name. The property does need some TLC, and cleanup, but nothing which would prevent me from visiting again, probably soon.

It was nice and clean a little odd that they had a couch sitting downstairs like nothing and the numbers on the door were kind of hard to find.

The staff was so kind, will definitely stay here again.

The water pipes could be heard rattling late into the night. The management allowed kids to be in the pool late at night; we could hear loud chatter and laughter close to midnight. I made repeated calls to the front office until the pool area was quiet. Our family was very upset and unable to sleep peacefully.

The room was clean. The bed was very soft. Overall the property is old and in need of renovations. Peeling paint on the outside, old cigarette butts in the smoking area, no 24 hour front desk. It seems like a Motel 6 that has seen better days. Upside: it is in a good location, near the center of action in Big Bear.
