Spent 3 nights at the GWL at the end of July and it was great! The waterpark is superb. The queuing on the Saturday and Sunday for the waterpark was as expected and wait times for some rides was around 15-20mins but on the Monday and Tuesday we barely waited at all, so rides we just got straight onto and the others were only a few minutes. The wave pool was fun, again more crowded at the weekend but better on the weekdays. The food in the restaurant (buffet) was nice and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Price wise, it was ok we did not take out an eating plan but not sure it would have been any cheaper for us as we did not eat every meal there. Our room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny and dated with the sink outside of the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone with children or adults who enjoy a decent waterpark.

The outdoor pool was relaxing for parents. Kids loved the slides (age 9 & 11). Pizza was delicious and well made option for our family of four.

Fantastic place to stay! The food was not that good in my opinion but the inclusive dining option made things convenient and probably more affordable than going out every meal. Overall very clean for how many kids are running around. My kids had a blast with the magi quest stuff and the water park was very fun. Super helpful and friendly staff. Note that there are kids literally running everywhere so be prepared. They're having fun!

I liked that there was no carpet in the hotel room or hallways. It is clean and helps people with allergies. Family sized rooms are great as well. Many food options and even at 9pm we were able to get pizza from the restaurant on-site. Everything was great!

Rooms are overpriced. We stayed for 4 nights, which is way too much for this hotel since they don't provide room cleaning service even for longer stays (only once every 3 nights!). Since you can enjoy the water park on both check in and check out days, it is recommended only to stay one night, you can choose much better accommodations around Niagara with the rest of your vacation. Two full days in the water park is more than enough.

My family enjoyed everything about this place. Travelled all the way from Ottawa and we will do it again! Spent 3 days but even though expensive, it is worth it.

very clean and nice place to stay

Staff was amazing. Bed was hard as a rock. Not really impressed with anytime you buy something they expect a tip. Would like to see more kid friendly options other than pizza. Maybe add chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, fries

The resort was amazing! The indoor waterpark was very well maintained and clean! The food at the buffet was delicious. So many fun things to do right at the hotel! We had an amazing time and highly recommend this place to everyone!

Very clean room, staff was amazing and really catered to the kids. So much to do here, we stayed 5 days and never ran out of things to do.
