Hotel was great. Only downside was the restaurant is a bit expensive.

On aurait du être avertis qu’un événement spécial avait lieu à notre hôtel. Car se faire refuser l’accès à notre hôtel pour cette événement qui était de recevoir l’équipe du Portugal pour la FIFa était très désagréable.

Rooms and hotel was great. They did not provide enough towels or toilet paper. I had to call the front desk for basics that should have been provided in my opinion.

Great location

Overall I was very happy with my stay. Check in was easy and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast service was very slow. It took quite a while for a sever to approach us and we couldn’t get their attention to ask for coffee refills. The food was very good but for 39 a person for Buffett (which we didn’t have) and 16 for a bowl of oatmeal our bill before tip was almost $50. Yes it was busy but not so busy that someone couldn’t check in with us. We were not the only people waiting as I noticed people around us experiencing the same issue. Maybe they were short staffed but it was still disappointing.

This property is close to everything. CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Ripley's aquarium. Only a couple blocks to the water front.

Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Ideal location as you are close to everything.

Excellent location and service from the staff! I was upgraded to a Corner room facing the CN Tower. Exceptional staff. Thank you so much for the positive hospitality.

We love this Hotel and stay at it very time we are in Toronto, we love that it’s center to everything , very clean hotel , excellent staff !!
