Lovely stay whilst in the city for a sports competition

Excellent

Not very comfortable stay due to uncomfortable room temperature and intercom was not working

First time leave a negative feedback. I always book holiday inn on my vacations. but this one I stayed two nights, not meet my expect: 1. Outside road still on construction, if you following Google map navigation, you will never reach the hotel. I followed the sign outside, and go around couple times, finally find the parking entrance. 2. the Air condition was not working, under maintenance. 3. I paid about 400 euros per night. When I booked this holiday inn, did not notice breakfast not included. which all other holiday Inns I stayed did include. I assume this one also include. of course parking is additional pay.

checking in took slightly longer than expected but other than that the stay was very pleasant

There was no refrigerator, the phone was not working even when we booked 1 month in advance. We could not make room to room calls

Quiet and spacious room

Good spot to stay for concert at Ziggo Done (7-8 min walk). Check in staff were friendly. Bed was the only thing that could use improvement (it had a sag).

Brilliant hotel, great breakfast, helpful staff, easy to park, quick walk to station. Only suggestion is that they need softer pillows others wise very good!

Room was spacious and clean!we had family dinner at Hotel Restaurant,was Fabulous!My son Enjoyed his pizza and daughter loved Her Chicken Nuggets 😀Me And wife had pasta and Gambas in Coconut curry with rice and vegetables was tempting.Over all Nice Memories with Holiday Inn Amsterdam Arena.Thanks For the Entire Hotel Teams🙏
