First off the staff was awesome and very welcoming and helpful. The lobby etc was very small and there was a case with items for sale and one was random dolls lol. The elevator was ancient and loud. There were beautiful plants throughout the lobby they get 5 stars. My room …. I booked 3 plus mo in advance and I asked for a quiet room as my daughter was getting married early the next day. I ended up next to the elevator and I thought I was next to the rain track. The noise was so loud!! Long story I never slept and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Oh they advertise continental breakfast?? The staff said ohh that was before Covid!! Change your details please

Everything was nearby - Michelin star restaurant in the hotel. Easy access to the whole city via car, public transit, and walking. We even got visited by the Easter bunny - in having candy left outside our door in a cute gift bag. This is our hotel of choice in San Francisco

Myself and a friend stayed here for 2 nights, reception staff were really friendly and welcoming. Room was just right for our stay, clean and quiet. Good location to get to bus routes and trams. Great stay.

Easy to,reach

Nice quaint hotel in the Civic Center area of San Francisco. Well maintained and charming. Older building, but renovated recently so all amenities are in good condition. Location is good, which is always a wild card in SF from block to block.
