Great service throughout! Keep it up

Claiming to be a 5 star, but it isn't. At least not anymore. Rooms smell mouldy, carpets are dirty. Staff misplaced my pillow and claimed it had never been there, getting back to me took hours, and when they did, it was in the middle of the night. Stayed there for my birthday, mentioned it on check in, on the day itself- not even an acknowledgement. Other hotels have made little cakes, messages when the room was made up etc. for minor occasions. Cutting the trees at 8:30 in the morning at peak breakfast time, loud party music until 10pm. This was anything BUT a retreat.

I was disappointed with my stay. the atmosphere did not reflect a 5-star luxury resort despite the high price, i felt more like a crowded public park. There appeared to be a lack of proper regulation, with guests swimming in regular clothes and toddlers using the adult pool despite the availability of a dedicated kids’ area. The overall environment was unpleasant. A beachfront restaurant was grilling directly adjacent to the pool area, which caused strong coal and food odors. The property is also surrounded by ongoing construction sites, which negatively impacts both the view and the overall ambiance. Also the bad smell in the rooms and balcony Overall, the experience did not meet the standards expected of a luxury resort.

Amazing hotel, great room and perfect service

Nice staff and location. Overall food quality and variety definitely not at 5 star level (all meals). More a family hotel ( not serving alcohol). Very good spa service although quite pricey.

Excellent staff. Nice room with sea view. Good quality, tasty FB meals although not super abundant.
