Staff were friendly and helpful, room was really big with option to check out late. Walking distance to Northlands and other venues, a real gem of a hotel.

Great hotel location close to northlands shopping centre. Restaurant for breakfast was food, buffet had a good variety, but the staff were the absolute highlight. A hot chocolate for each of our kids with a design really made a great start to the day!

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and everything ran smoothly during our visit. Check-in was quick and easy, and any questions we had were answered right away. We'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great stay as always. Friendly
helpful staff. The renovations to the rooms are very on trend and stylish. We love having an evening drink in the bar. Has a nice fire and comfortable seating. Always a bonus having free on site car parking.
