Very luxurious hotel with superb staff

Lovely spacious suite with balcony, great amenities, friendly & efficient staff.

Way overpriced. Not worth it. I would not recommend it to anyone.

This is a truly first rate hotel at a price that is lower than I would have expected in a major city. Rooms were large and luxurious, with a walk in closet as well as another closet. The balcony looked out on the city, and was a very nice touch. Staff were very helpful, and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was everything you would expect from a Michelin ** restaurant, including that it was pricey, but well worth it. Only niggle is that there was so much high tech automation about the room and it's lighting, that you could get confused what switch does what. Overall, it was a lovely experience I would repeat in a heartbeat.

Spacious, cool decor, lovely staff!

Well, this was one of the best if not the best hotel I have ever stayed in! From arrival, as we arrived several hours before check-in time, the staff said the words every weary traveler wants to hear "your room is ready for you". No extra cost, just 2 room keys and a guide to show us how to get in the room, and operate all of the amenities. I knew from that moment on, that this would be a memorable experience. The room was spotless, the towels were thick and soft, without the smell of clorox. I should mention that we had the Suite Management. The view was of Potzdamer Plaza, and a glorious skyline with a balcony. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on including the pillows. They even offered to

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job making the room up each day, replacing items appropriately and timely. We really enjoyed how large the suite was for the price. Would highly recommend.

Incredible staff, best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel, and the attention to detail, respect, and attentiveness made this one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend any other hotel more. Thank you!
