The price and the breakfast (for the price ) was great ! That’s it ! So many details missing ; the staff is unqualified to do justice to the name “Sheraton”! Maybe I have overrated Sheraton ! Of course I wasn’t expecting perfection at this price, however lack of very basics were annoying! Poor English skills at the reception, lack of simple necessities which unprepared guests may need from time to time (such as an over the counter pain killer). Those hotel style single serve Strawberry jam having zero strawberry molecules inside ! I’m done with Sheraton ! I don’t mind hotels going out and buying no name places to expand their businesses and revenues , but for god's sake don’t put Sheraton name on them saying “by Sheraton” … or be more specific like “… bought out by Sheraton”

Its quite good clean Hotel with all the ameneties and fully equipped health centre. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Food qualty is good but can be further improved specifically for vegetarians and sweet lovers.

I love FPS. The staff always takes good care of me when I am there!

I am a weekly visitor to Dubai for business. I always stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai. I find it is an excellent place to meet my clients.

Breakfast ok fried eggs terrible scrambled eggs and a omelette looks the same , not the usual range at Breakfast put it down to the conflict with Iran
