My stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Airport was overall acceptable, but there are several areas that could be improved. The hotel does offer complimentary breakfast and an airport shuttle service, which are convenient amenities for travelers.
However, the customer service experience could be better. The front desk staff was courteous, but it would be very helpful to have Spanish-speaking employees available, especially considering the large number of Spanish-speaking guests who visit Orlando.
The room was clean but quite basic, and the bathroom felt outdated and in need of renovation. While the hotel met my basic needs for a short stay, improvements to the facilities and guest services would significantly enhance the overall experience.

All in all it’s a good place to stay.. clean, quiet, easy to get to and close to Advent Health (the reason for our visit). I know a common practice with many hotels these days is to charge for parking. As if you have a choice. $21.40 a night is a bit excessive when you have no choice.

We enjoyed staying close to the airport. I did not like the parking fee. You shouldn't have to pay to park at a place you're already paying to stay.
