The only thing was too many mosquitoes. If its possible to spray to eliminate the mosquitoes or have running water all over the property (like in Disney World), it would of been awesome. Everything else was great

매우 훌륭해요 I rated all 5 stars for the simple fact that Expedia continued booking despite Sunscape shutting down. However, when we arrived they were able to move us next door to Dreams and our service the entire process and confusion was wonderful.

Staffs are very nice. But resort is Hyatt own. Never go to a Hyatt own resort. It’s a snake pit. Worse vacation ever.

When we book the stay we booked as an all Inclusive, yet when we got there there was only 2 restaurants that we could access. The first meal we attempted to get they were out of almost everything. Very little variety. Was told after we checked in that the hotel would be torn down in two week. In order to make the stay enjoyable we had to upgrade to an adjacent hotel for $600. Room was small and Dirty. The mini bar was filled once and we were told that the service was a one time only fill, even though it was and all inclusive.
