The room was spacious and spotless. Air conditioning can be noisy if you’re going to have it on at night but the nights were very cool so I rarely used it! They provided slippers in the room which was nice. In addition, the hotel is close to the airport, metro station and several cafés & restaurants. The only downside in my opinion is that the main entrance is tucked away and you need to cross a parking lot to find it.

Pool wasn’t open,that’s why I booked it.

A great hotel that lives up to its name. From the moment I arrived, the service was attentive and friendly, making check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding and modern amenities. The facilities, including the gym and dining options, met all my needs, and the breakfast spread was fresh and satisfying. Staff were proactive and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay feel effortless and enjoyable. Overall, a solid choice for a hassle-free, pleasant getaway.

A little bit far from the city center, kind of secluded nothing really to see or do in the vicinity. Also very hot weather but no pool read the fine print because I did not see that the pool was seasonal at a certain date. I was very disappointed room is tight a little dated people that were very helpful.

You get what you pay for or less. Staff was not helpful at all , they just limited themselves to give you very dry a yes or no answers no input or feedback on them. Do not include breakfast in your reservation, everyday the same thing, no variety and it was no good. The room was outdated, the ac was barely cool; can’t imagine in the summers how bad it would be? The carpet under and around the bed was dirty. Overall I would never make a reservation again at this horrendous place and much less would recommended it to anyone.

Unfortunately the pool was not operational and I wasn’t made aware of that before checking in.

Would highly recommend the VIP Executive Zurique hotel, stayed a total of 5 nights and was very happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. My only criticism would be that it was that the room too warm so had to have the windows open to cool the room down. Breakfast was good with a variety of options and the hotel was near public transportation. Overall a good choice for the value.

This hotel was a big disappointment. The location is great, but that’s all I can say good about it. The staff are so smug and rude with exception of the bar staff. The 2 gentlemen at the bar, one was relieving the other were so nice and friendly, but the rest of the staff… need training on how to greet guests especially the front desk. Couldn’t help but noticed no one except the two who worked the bar smiled or seemed to enjoy being there. The breakfast staff and front desk looked miserable/mean I’m sorry to say. During my 3 week stay in Portugal, this was the only place that didn’t have a coffee pot or tea kettle.l in the room. I had to ask 4 times before a tea kettle was delivered and by then, it was time to checkout. The tub is old and black on the bottom. Hotel need to replace it or reglaze it desperately. Who wants to step into a tub with black stains? They have done some renovations, but cheaply done and partially in the rooms. The end table was falling apart. Nothing special about the breakfast, limited selection of fruit and pastries. The name of this hotel is not an accurate reflection of the hotel. Very disappointing.

The Hotel itself is very nice and I will recommend it especially if your are going to for a cruise.
