Room was scruffy and tired- damaged headboard, shower curtain instead of glass, no films or optional tv top up, room service poor quality food staff not very friendly although did what they needed to, very overpriced and a 3 star accommodation at best

The location was perfect however the hotel room was in need of some TLC. The bathroom was full of mold and It didn’t feel clean. The room itself felt dusty and not worth the price I payed at all.

The hotel was really nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and spacious and had everything you need in it. Central location, about a 7 min walk to Oxford Road station and a 15 minute walk into the centre of town

What happened on Sunday 14th I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. Checking in was a pleasant experience but, they did not inform us there was a fault with the fire alarm system that they had difficulties with throughout the day. At 00:30 the fire alarm kept going off repeatedly throughout the night. The Night Manager was frantic and not calm repeatedly reassuring we were safe not finding a solution to the problem (transfer to the alternative property). No form of compensation, no form of any apology this thread continued at Breakfast no apology from the team there no apology from the receptionist just a blatant disregard for the disruption and horror that one would not expect from a Leonardo (Jury’s Inn). Upon check out no apology no manager there actually resolving issues and providing resolutions just a receptionist taking details informing us the manager would get back to us in due course. Overall, room pleasant, bathroom needs updating and great location deplorable experience and management.

the door closers could do with a bit of maintenace. Our room was right by ground floor corridor entrance door and every time someone goes in or out i could hear a big slam

Lovely, spotless hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay

Didnt use the breakfast or bar although menu looked good. Staff were very polite. Beds and room temp were good. Excellent thermostat for aircon. Some noise from doors slamming. Would have preferred a walk in shower as I struggle climbing into a bath. Tv channels plentiful.
