Clean room, standard continental breakfast.

Nice room, very conveniently located near the main train station. Great for getting around.

The property was in good shape but it’s definitely an older hotel. The room was clean but quite small. We didn’t have much space to stay in the room and we weren’t able to open the windows as they looked out onto a rooftop full of mechanical and exhaust systems. It was super close to the train which was great for walking with luggage, but it’s in a very rough part of Naples. I likely wouldn’t book the hotel again but was very impressed with the fantastic staff. They were super helpful with suggestions and directions for anything and everything. So if I chose this hotel again it would be because of the great experience we had with the staff

Didn’t liked the place. Location is good , rooms were too small. Not a good experience

It's ok, it was cleaned , but the bed was not comfy

The room was very small for 3 people with big luggage. It was close to the train station, but not in the nicest or safest area of Naples. The surrounding areas was very dirty and loud. The staff were friendly. The room was clean enough for just the couple of nights we stayed.

A very nice hotel, clean, in a good location and with very helpful staff. A special mention for Gianfranco who went above and beyond when I accidentally cut myself and needed to stop the bleeding at 01.30 am..

Staff zero friendly, none of the 3 people we saw at the front desk were nice, we didn’t have water on the shower and we needed to ask 3 times to someone come to help, AC poor, room smells old, no hot water after 3 minutes on the shower, area not safe (even the taxi driver recommended not to go out at night). In Expedia, shuttle service to the airport was part of the benefits. When we asked at the front desk, they said they don’t have this, we had to pay a taxi to go to the airport.
