Very central for all venues

Very good stay right in the heart of town. The air con was a life saver.

The lobby is lovely, room was a nice size but the carpet were a bit mucky and quite a bit of dust on the windowsill. Definitely do not recommend the breakfast, it’s over priced for what you get and very basic. The pastries tasted like they were made the week before, the hot food was a tad sloppy. Juice station was empty, I asked if it would be refilled and they said “no, service ends soon”. At 2am in the morning someone was running up and down the hall banging on doors, I spoke to someone on reception about it as my female friend was in a room on her own and texted me to say she was scared. The lady on reception couldn’t care less and implied it could have just been a child and why didn’t she (my female friend who was ALONE) just open the door and check. I personally wouldn’t come back.

Really great value. I would recommend this hotel to people.

Great all rounder.No faults whatsoever

Clean room, good breakfast, great location

Upon entering from the hotel carpark we were meant by a crowd of young men clutching beers, one man pushed into us then started shouting at us to “ Use our voice” several times . This left us shaken up and worried incase we bumped into this group again . We are an older couple and dont expect this from a Leonardo hotel . We were given the wrong email address to complain to and the manager the next morning stated sometimes the hotel has unruly guests and they cant control how they behave . Unbelievable really , we feel quite badly treated by this hotel . Also might be a good idea not to have your fire doors on floor 3 wedged open ! Sadly this has left us shaken and not sure we want to travel again .
